Job summary

Bechtel seeks an experienced Nuclear Construction Site Manager to lead field operations on major engineering, procurement, and construction projects. You will drive safe, compliant, and efficient site execution, coordinating with project management, engineering, and subcontractors to meet regulatory and Bechtel standards.

You will ensure readiness for turnover, manage schedules and costs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives including Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master’s degree (or international equivalent) and 18+ years of relevant experience or 22+ years in lieu of degree.
• Requires United States Citizenship to be considered for employment.
• Candidates must be physically capable of site walkdowns and related activities, including climbing ladders, stairs, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and coordination of all construction activities across Bechtel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Owns site management including construction, field engineering, contracts, cost and schedule control, procurement, finance, and industrial relations.
• Leads development and execution of construction, safety, environmental, automation, labor, and staffing plans.
