Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant experience in engineering.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Possess or be able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage engineering work according to project procedures.
• Establish detailed engineering execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering execution with project stakeholders.
• Review and approve design documents and specifications.
• Monitor performance against schedules and commitments.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance program requirements.
• Communicate technical issues and recommend solutions.

Skills

Professional Registration (e.g., PE) in U.S.

Excellent communication skills

Experience in stakeholder relationship management

Experience executing complex EPC projects

Technical knowledge of nuclear engineering systems

Experience delivering projects meeting cost, schedule, quality

Prior work experience managing large teams

Experience delivering procurement packages for engineered equipment

Experience integrating systems engineering approach

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
