Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation seeks a Nuclear Construction Site Manager to lead field execution on major engineering, procurement, and construction projects in the United States. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient site operations, coordinating with project management, engineering, procurement, quality, safety, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 18+ years of relevant experience or 22+ years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires United States Citizenship to be considered for employment.
• Must be physically capable to participate in project walkdowns and related activities.
• This project may require overtime, weekends, and/or night shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and coordination of all construction activities for Bechtel and subcontractors.
• Accountable for site management including safety, schedule, quality, and cost control.
• Leads development and execution of construction, safety, environmental, and staffing plans.
• Maintains Bechtel's safety programs and ensures compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Establishes schedules, methods, staffing, and material/equipment requirements.
• Ensures turnover readiness and readiness for startup activities.
