Job summary

Associated Drywall Partners seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead multiple commercial construction projects in the Indianapolis area. This hands-on role requires field leadership across sites, mentoring Superintendents and coordinating resources with Operations and Project Management.

The ideal candidate will anticipate problems, plan proactively, and drive safety, quality, and on-time execution while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead field crews, subs, and professionals.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, schedules, sequencing.
• Ability to coach and develop field leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel between active sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership across multiple active projects.
• Support Superintendents in planning daily/weekly field operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, safety, and quality.
• Identify schedule, workforce, material, and production risks.
• Coordinate field workforce and resources per project schedules.
• Escalate significant field issues requiring leadership.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.
• Ensure clear communication between field and office.
