Job summary

MPI in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations from preconstruction through closeout within a 60-mile radius of downtown Indianapolis. The role requires 5-7+ years in lead supervision, a relevant degree, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

You will manage schedules, safety, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and trades, driving on-time project delivery and a seamless turnover for education and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of lead Site Superintendent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certificate or ability to attain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from preconstruction through closeout, safely and on schedule.
• Manage schedules, critical path, staffing, sequencing and recovery plans.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, daily field ops and quality control.
• Enforce site safety, OSHA compliance, and environmental regulations.
• Lead regular safety, coordination and progress meetings; maintain reports.
• Drive planning, inspections, punch lists and project turnover.
