Job summary

IPS is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead specific trades on assigned construction sites in Cary, NC. You will support the Project Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time progress while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

This role requires strong field leadership, experience in project delivery, and the ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets in collaboration with the site team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific trades on assigned construction sites and manage field operations.
• Assist the Project Director/Manager/Construction Manager and Senior Superintendent in developing and maintaining plans, budgets, schedules, and change documentation.
• Ensure safety objectives, quality requirements, and proper coordination among subcontractors and vendors.
