Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline (Co-Op or Intern acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of subcontractors and vendors to meet project safety objectives.
• Assist in monitoring subcontractor work to ensure alignment with contract documents.
• Help develop and manage project rolling completion and punch lists.
• Assist in documenting on-site testing and inspection reports.
• Record daily construction activities using the Electronic Daily Report system.
• Participate in preconstruction, construction, and closeout planning.
