Job summary

You will oversee specific trades, guide subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance, and support the Project Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of project delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific trades on site and manage field operations.
• Support the Project Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager in oversight of work progress, subcontractor manpower, and coordination.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents and schedules.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to meet project goals and budget considerations.
• Coordinate preconstruction, schedule development, and project documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
