Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Paving Foreperson for the IMC Pocatello location. You will oversee asphalt paving crews, ensure safety, and coordinate materials and site activities across multiple job sites.

The role requires 5–10 years of paving experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and specifications. CDL is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of asphalt paving experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA/EPA rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asphalt paving crews and operations.
• Ensure site safety and enforce company policies.
• Plan daily activities, set production targets, and organize the job site.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Schedule crews, quality control testing, and material orders.
• Maintain time and material records and daily crew timecards.
• Travel to multiple job sites as required.
• Assist with laborer duties and equipment operation when needed.
