Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. seeks an experienced General Superintendent based out of Asheville, NC. The role oversees field operations, staffing, and project delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely performance.

80% field work and 20% office tasks, with travel across the region. Responsibilities include planning, risk management, and collaboration with Project Managers. Requires at least 10 years in supervising civil/geotechnical construction, OSHA 30, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience supervising construction crews.
• Experience with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to interface with clients and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across projects and locations.
• Schedule, plan, and coordinate crew and equipment needs.
• Enforce safety and quality standards per policies.
• Monitor subcontractor work progress and reporting.
