Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Superintendent based out of Asheville, NC. The role oversees field operations, supervises crews, and coordinates with the Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery across projects.

80% field work and 20% office tasks, requiring strong leadership, site planning, and risk management capabilities to meet client and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience supervising construction crews on civil and/or geotechnical projects.
• Experience with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interface with clients.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project requirements and ensures field operations meet safety, quality and schedule expectations.
• Supervises crews, foremen and subcontractors across sites; coordinates with Project Manager.
• Manages risk, change orders, and procurement timelines for field activities.
• Ensures equipment and personnel meet safety and inspection standards.
• Conducts safety meetings and daily hazard analyses.
