Job summary

Groundworks, LLC in Fairfield, CA seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting. You’ll plan, supervise, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Requirements include 6+ years of construction supervision, ability to manage crews, enforce safety standards, read blueprints, and communicate with project managers and clients to deliver quality foundations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in construction supervision, foundation repair or related groundwork.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project schedules.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction for foundation repair and related groundwork.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality to meet company standards.
• Mentor field staff and support junior superintendents.
