Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably foundation-related work.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing and crawl spaces.
• Ability to read blueprints and schedules and manage multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities for foundation repair and related work.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and milestones.
• Monitor schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on all sites.
• Inspect quality to meet design specs and company standards.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors regularly.
