Job summary

BSNC seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for multiple federal construction projects in the Greater Baltimore and DC Metro area, based from Hanover, MD. You will coordinate crews, schedules, and safety while ensuring work aligns with contract requirements and client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in federal/commercial construction, OSHA 30, and the ability to manage secure facilities and occupancies, with a focus on timely, quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or federal projects.
• Experience managing federal projects (USACE/DoD/NAVFAC/GSA).
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Project values over $500,000 including secure facilities and renovations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and docs.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations on multiple federal construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Plan activities to maximize efficiency while minimizing disruption to occupied facilities.
• Conduct daily site meetings and communicate expectations to trades.
