Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED minimum.
- 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or federal projects.
- Experience managing federal construction projects for agencies such as USACE, DoD, NAVFAC, GSA, or similar federal customers.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Fluent in English; speaking, reading and writing.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily field operations on multiple federal construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity.
- Plan work activities to maximize efficiency while minimizing disruption to occupied government facilities.
- Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project expectations to all trades.
- Maintain a professional and productive jobsite culture.
