The role requires 7+ years of suitable experience, OSHA 30 certification, and U.S. citizenship for access to government facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or federal projects.
• Experience managing federal construction projects for agencies such as USACE, DoD, NAVFAC, GSA, or similar federal customers.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Fluent in English; speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations on multiple federal construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Plan work activities to maximize efficiency while minimizing disruption to occupied government facilities.
• Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project expectations to all trades.
• Maintain a professional and productive jobsite culture.
