Job summary

PCI seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead Raleigh operations based in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee field crews, foremen, and mechanics, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across drywall and cleanroom scopes.

You will manage labor, coordinate with subcontractors and project partners, develop strong union relationships, and report progress to the General Manager while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a superintendent in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop details.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner.
• OSHA 30 Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Select, hire, terminate and manage field labor to complete contracts within budget hours.
• Ensure installation in accordance with plans and specifications while using appropriate techniques to reduce costs.
• Schedule labor and material on contracts secured.
• Maintain control of contracts-in-progress.
• Develop strong union relationships and a loyal field workforce.
• Build solid customer relations with all customers.
• Provide primary field labor force interface with branch personnel.
• Track production, document progress, and provide accurate daily reports.
• Attend monthly Branch meetings and report status of contracts-in-progress.
