Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead large commercial drywall operations from site setup through project closeout. You will manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors to meet budget and schedule while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong client relations, and hands-on construction management with opportunities for advancement in a growing Southeast company.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Proven ability to lead people and develop strong customer relationships.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and focus.

Responsibilities

• Run large commercial drywall projects including metal stud framing and hanging.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and production standards on assigned jobs.
• Develop and mentor field foremen; participate in recruitment and selection of staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll levels, and performance-based rewards/discipline.
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors and clients to drive project success.
• Ensure employees comply with safety rules and company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Safety Team and ensure adherence to safety policies on site.
