Job summary

RK Industries is seeking an experienced professional to oversee scheduling, coordination, and supervision of crew activities across on-site field operations. You will provide project scheduling details to the general contractor, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure work progresses on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, diverse teams on complex projects.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and change order management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination with clients, subs, and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and supervision of crew activities.
• Supervise onsite field operations of RK Industries, LLC and subs/vendors.
• Provide project schedule details to the GC and maintain progress within budget.
• Maintain open communication on budget, productivity, change orders, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely project completion and proper documentation for closeout.
