You will manage Business Unit/Operation Group Managers, coordinate cross‑functional teams, mentor staff, and deliver monthly reports to senior leadership while maintaining strong owner, general contractor, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in construction management.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of pre-construction, planning, execution, and closeout processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of Business Unit/Operation Group Managers and their teams.
• Review and assist with bidding, staffing, and project award processes.
• Coordinate work between departments and provide training, mentoring, and leadership to staff.
