Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day project staff on designated projects.
• Oversee required project administration and documentation to protect RK's interests.
• Ensure contract agreements are reviewed, processed, and executed promptly.
• Review, edit and finalize project budgets and schedules.
• Lead pre-construction turnover meetings and obtain necessary permits.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment to meet schedules and budgets.
