Job summary

Clune Construction Company is seeking a field-oriented project manager to develop master schedules, coordinate trades, and manage field logistics for interior, healthcare and mission-critical projects.

The role involves leading coordination meetings, resolving sequencing conflicts, and ensuring safety and quality on site, with a focus on maintaining realistic work flows and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of field operations and constructability issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop master schedules showing major activities, milestones and field sequencing.
• Lead trade coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts.
• Plan field sequencing to protect schedule and productivity.
• Review daily journals and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage field logistics, access, storage and deliveries to avoid disruptions.
• Represent field operations at OAC meetings and provide clear updates.
