Tandem Diabetes Care is hiring a Sr. Field Study Test Associate I to support systems-focused field studies for connected devices, apps, and cloud workflows.

You will validate end-to-end product behavior and help ensure study readiness and quality in real-world use conditions. The role requires collaboration across Systems Test, Software Engineering, Product, Clinical, Quality, and PM teams, with on-site work five days a week at the High Bluff office in San Diego, CA.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting clinical research, medical device testing, system testing, or related activities.
• 3+ years of experience in medical device testing, with knowledge of study protocol development.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs software and systems testing to validate end-to-end product behavior across devices, mobile apps, and connected workflows in real-world use conditions.
• Coordinates and executes software and systems-focused study activities throughout the study lifecycle.
• Collects and documents diagnostic information, system logs, and study observations to support issue investigation.
• Prepares study status updates, reports, and presentations to communicate progress and key findings to stakeholders.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes to the development and refinement of study processes, tools, and best practices.
• Maintains accurate and complete study documentation, including study plans, test results, issue logs, and protocol deviations.
