Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to perform inspection and release of manufacturing goods, ensuring compliance with QTP and SOPs. The role requires reviewing Design History Records and test reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The position is on-site in San Diego, with a 2:30 pm–1:00 am PT shift as a temporary posting through a staffing partner. Benefits and a clear pathway to full-time status are noted in the offer package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ quality/manufacturing experience in FDA-regulated industry (medical devices).
• Experience with QSRs, QC testing methods, GMP production knowledge.
• Experience with lot release, document review, in-process inspection.
• Deep understanding of GMP regulations, process controls, and traceability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reviews in-process and finished products per QTP and SOPs; assists with reporting and documentation.
• Provides quality oversight of manufacturing process/final packaging; supports calibration/PM activities.
