Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Field Study Test Associate I to support field studies for connected devices and software-enabled workflows. You will validate end-to-end product behavior, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate study activities with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, documentation, and adherence to Privacy/HIPAA guidelines in a fast-paced environment at our High Bluff site.

Responsibilities

• Supports systems-focused field studies through testing, troubleshooting, and issue investigation.
• Validates end-to-end product behavior across devices, apps, and cloud workflows in real-world conditions.
• Coordinates study activities from setup through closeout and documents findings for stakeholders.
• Assists in developing study protocols, risk analysis, and protocol deviations handling.
