Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of software test or quality assurance experience.
• Lead tester with involvement in specification and software requirements.
• Test engineer with domain expertise in the supported system.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Proficient with IEC 62304 standard guidance.

Responsibilities

• Defines and leads test projects, schedules, and test automation frameworks.
• Reviews test plans, tools, and product evaluation reports.
• Leads cross-functional reviews of test plans across teams.
• Performs and documents software test audits in compliance with procedures.
• Assists engineers in diagnosing and replicating product failures.
• Works independently to identify solutions and confirms bug fixes.
• Navigates product development to bring products to market.
• Oversees and identifies problems in test plans.
• Manages time and paperwork by completion dates.
• Records data for documentation of test procedures and reports.
