Technicians with electrical and mechanical analysis to determine causes of failure, following established procedures and equipment SOPs. Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories.
• Ability to explain technically complex ideas.
• Able to share information in written or verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure investigations of returned insulin pumps and disposable devices.
• Conduct verification testing to approved protocols.
• Review manufacturing history to identify lot correlations for root cause.
• Investigate component-level failure analyses and failure modes.
• Interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot devices.
• Review failure analysis reports and suggest corrective actions.
