Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist IV - FPT to coordinate field operations, lead valve testing, and deliver safe, high-quality pressure testing services at customer sites.

This role requires hands-on expertise with PRVs, safety and control valves, and strong leadership of field crews in customer-facing environments. A technical background and sharp problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field service experience in valve services or oil & gas operations.
• Hands-on experience with PRVs, safety valves, and control valves.
• Ability to read P&IDs, drawings, specifications, and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee field operations at customer sites.
• Lead pressure testing, valve testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision of field crews.
• Prepare technical reports and test records.
