Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist IV - FPT to coordinate field operations and lead valve testing and pressure testing activities at customer sites. You will guide field crews, ensure safety and quality, and deliver technically robust service in line with company procedures.

The role requires hands-on experience with PRVs, Safety Valves and Control Valves, and a strong ability to read technical drawings and procedures. Join a global energy leader and contribute to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of field service experience.
• Hands-on with PRVs, Safety Relief Valves and Control Valves.
• Ability to read P&IDs, drawings and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee field operations at customer sites.
• Plan jobs, develop execution strategies and ensure resources.
• Direct and supervise service operators and field crews.
• Lead pressure testing, valve testing, inspection and commissioning.
• Manage customer communications before, during and after jobs.
• Prepare technical reports, test records and job documentation.
