Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking a Valve Technician to perform complete over-haul and testing of pressure relief valves for multiple manufacturers in shop and field environments. The role reports to Operations Manager.

You will follow the National Board Inspection Code and the company's quality manual, perform troubleshooting, communicate with customers, and travel up to 30% as required. Strong safety discipline and ability to work in noisy environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Education preferred: high school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in valve repair or related field.
• Valve training courses and NBIC/ASME knowledge preferred.
• Trevitest, EVT, AVK or similar inline test equipment knowledge.
• Travel up to 30% is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair pressure relief valves in accordance with NBIC and company quality manual.
• Perform shop and field testing and troubleshooting of valves.
• Directly communicate with customers.
• Work autonomously in valve repair processes.
• Ensure all testing and repair reports comply with quality standards.
