Job summary

Johnson Controls’ Silent-Aire team is seeking a Field Services Technician to support equipment commissioning and post-sales service in data center environments. The role requires self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards.

You will operate in a field setting, coordinating with managers and clients, completing paperwork, and ensuring safety best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Registered apprenticeship in Electrical or HVAC.
• Basic understanding of electrical and control systems for air handling and cooling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment commissioning and post-sales service activities.
• Work independently or with a team to complete field tasks.
• Check in with Manager and client daily; complete company forms and documentation.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company policies and NDA.
