Ross Incineration Services, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive Field Services with accountability for safety, compliance, customer service, and profitability.

The role leads business plans, forecasting, and growth initiatives while ensuring projects are properly scoped and resourced. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in environmental/industrial services, a track record of managing budgets and revenue growth, and a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in environmental/industrial services or field operations.
• Strong leadership overseeing budgets, forecasts, and growth.
• Knowledge of environmental, safety, and transportation regulations (RCRA/OSHA/DOT).
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies and plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction for Field Services, focusing on safety, compliance, service, and profitability.
• Develop and execute business plans, operating goals, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
• Maintain accountability for Field Services revenue, margins, and project profitability.
• Lead planning and execution to scope, staff, schedule, and complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Establish and monitor site safety plans and on-site supervision for projects.
