Subaru of America is seeking a senior training leader to manage the Area Training Center (ATC) and deliver localized technical training for retailer technicians and internal staff. You will oversee curriculum delivery, assessments, and program development in line with Subaru and industry standards.

You will also drive ATC operations, asset management, and partnerships with schools and associations to strengthen Subaru education initiatives and field quality assurance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required or HS Diploma with equivalent automotive-related work experience; 6-8 years experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to perform vehicle repairs in a shop environment following safety guidelines.
• Hands-on automotive repair and diagnosis experience.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers high-quality technical training facilitation for retailer technicians and internal staff across a broad curriculum.
• Provides assessments and evaluations of students during course delivery.
• Educates and promotes Subaru Technical Training programs and Subaru-U initiatives to retailers and field staff.
• Plans and manages ATC operational and administrative needs to meet metrics and standards.
• Maintains ATC facilities, assets, and safety compliance; manages travel and events for training.
• Leads special projects and builds relationships with industry and community organizations.
