Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking an educated trainer to facilitate instructor-led courses at regional ATCs, prepare classrooms and labs, and collaborate with retailers and Subaru-U schools. You will coordinate scheduling, provide technical training guidance, and help improve retailer knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates instructor-led courses at training centers and oversees Skills Assessments.
• Prepares vehicles, classroom, and lab areas for Technical Training classes.
• Visits retailers and service managers in coordination with Field Service Training Managers.
• Responds to class scheduling questions and training topics.
• Provides feedback on course quality and retailer engagement to management.
• Builds connections with internal and external groups to stay current on industry trends.
• Maintains Area Training Center facilities, equipment, and inventory.
• Learn from FSTM guidance to work unsupervised and engage with SOA and Subaru-U networks.
