Job summary

Subaru is seeking an experienced technical training leader to manage the Area Training Center and deliver high-quality programs for retailer technicians and internal teams. You will oversee curriculum delivery, assessments, and ongoing development aligned with Subaru and industry standards.

The role emphasizes ATC operations, policy enforcement, and collaboration with retailers, schools, and associations to advance Subaru‑University initiatives and field quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or HS Diploma with equivalent automotive-related work experience.
• 6–8 years of experience minimum.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to perform vehicle repairs following safety guidelines.
• Hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic background.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical training to retailer technicians and internal staff.
• Assess students during course delivery and complete evaluations.
• Promote Subaru training programs (STATURE, Pinnacle) to retailers and field teams.
• Plan and manage ATC operations and budgets to meet standards.
• Maintain ATC facilities, assets, and safety protocols.
• Lead special ATC/Zone projects and engage with industry groups.
