Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform on-site service and installations at customer locations in Lowell, MA. This role emphasizes safety, hands-on mechanical work, and effective communication with customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of technical experience with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems, plus a clean driving record. Local travel is expected, with a focus on delivering reliable water solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; background check & pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
• Water treatment experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform installations and identify/remediate safety issues on equipment.
• Interact with customers at multiple sites and on various technologies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and troubleshooting to resolve moderately complex problems.
