Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of technical work experience in industrial or commercial process water preferred.
• Ability to obtain required customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).
• Clean driving record and may require industry-specific licenses.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain parts inventory and identify safety issues on company and customer equipment.
• Function with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document service activities.
