Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician for onsite work in Findlay, Ohio. You will safely operate a DOT-regulated vehicle and perform field service activities at customer sites, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment and interfacing with customers.

Requirements include a HS diploma (or equivalent) with the ability to obtain a CDL class A or B with endorsements, 2–5 years of technical experience in industrial or commercial process water, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; capable of obtaining a CDL class A or B with endorsements.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water.
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc) and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of a DOT regulated vehicle. Transports materials/equipment from point A to point B
• Initiates and executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner; including proactive system troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions; direct interfacing with customer.
