Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical knowledge in electronic/mechanical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 70–80% domestically and some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
