Job summary

Ebara Technologiesorporated is seeking an experienced field service professional to perform client-site servicing, repair, and installation of company products in Manassas, VA. You will support hardware, software, and networking aspects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnostics from manuals, and documenting service activities while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• AS degree in Electronics or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of field service experience, preferably in semiconductors.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at customer sites or service centers, including maintenance and installations.
• Interpret operation manuals to determine root causes of tool failures.
• Document maintenance, downtime, issues, and prepare reports for product movement.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers for operation and maintenance.
• Guide and mentor Field service associates at levels I–III.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in required training.
