Job summary

Ebara Technologies Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks an experienced Field Service Technician to perform on-site service for company products, conduct preventive maintenance, and carry out installations at customer sites and the service center.

You will diagnose failures by reading schematics, coordinating with customers, and using maintenance protocols to troubleshoot down to component level across electrical, mechanical, and software systems.

Qualifications

• AS in Electronics or completion of an accredited electronics program; comparable experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service for company products: contracted preventive maintenance, unscheduled repairs, consumable swaps, installations, and start-ups at customer sites and service center.
• Interpret operation manuals and documentation to diagnose and resolve tool failures efficiently.
• Use structured maintenance protocols to troubleshoot down to component level across electrical/electronic, mechanical, and software systems.
• Document all work: PM performed, downtime, issues discovered, time tracking, product movement, and rationales for on-site service.
