Job summary

Ebara Technologies Incorporated seeks a technically skilled service technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of subfab equipment. You will work on vacuum pumps, abatement systems, heaters, valves, and related systems at customer sites or service centers, with travel as required.

The role requires on-site presence, ability to work around electrical, at heights, in confined spaces, and to document service activities clearly.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent hands-on technical experience acceptable.
• Two or more years service experience preferred in semiconductor or related industry.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites or service center.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and start‑ups.
• Diagnose vacuum, thermal, electrical, and mechanical systems and perform repairs.
• Create documentation of maintenance, downtime and service reports.
• Travel to customer locations as needed and assist in center operations.
