Ebara Technologies Incorporated is seeking an experienced field service professional to perform client-site service, repair, and installation of company products. The role covers system hardware, software, and networking as needed.

The position requires diagnosing mechanical, hardware, and software failures, providing cost-efficient resolutions, and documenting service activities for customers. You will mentor junior technicians and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or AS/Associates of Science in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 4–10 years of work-related experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
• Readiness to lift up to 35 lbs and work in cross-cultural, demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at customer sites or service center, including preventive maintenance, installations, and start-ups.
• Interpret operation manuals to determine root causes of tool failures.
• Document preventive maintenance, downtime, issues, and time spent; report on-site service activities.
• Provide technical support to customers on operation and maintenance of systems.
• Train and mentor field service associates at levels I–III.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
