Job summary

Rivian seeks an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to act as a technical expert and leader for complex vehicle repairs and field operations. You will drive diagnostics, mentor junior team members, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

While based at a service center, you may travel to remote locations or production plants to provide advanced field support as needed. Responsibilities include advanced diagnostics and repairs, remote troubleshooting, mentoring, and standardizing

Qualifications

• Must have strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Experience with high voltage systems preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and repairs in service centers and field settings.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting for field teams.
• Lead, mentor and train junior technicians and cross-functional partners.
