Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years automotive repair experience with bumper-to-bumper diagnostics.
• 3–8+ years hands-on High Voltage (HV) systems experience.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, complex repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers and field locations.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and perform remote diagnostics or repairs from logged data and schematics.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians and cross-functional partners; lead shop-floor problem solving.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to resolve complex electrical, HV, and network faults.
• Oversee parts operations including ordering, receiving, inventory management and billing.
