The Technical Solutions Manager acts as a senior field resource, delivering hands-on and remote support, diagnosing complex issues, and coordinating with Engineering and Service teams to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires extensive travel within the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; heavy-duty automotive training preferred.
• 5+ years diagnosing, maintaining, or repairing motor coaches or similar vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/controls systems and diagnostic methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex coach issues across systems.
• Guide customers through diagnostics, repair procedures and actions.
• Document findings, repairs, and unresolved issues accurately.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory for hands-on support.
