Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of related electrical, mechanical, or field service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues independently.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced start-up, commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting of IEM equipment.
• Lead support for complex field service activities, including critical customer issues.
• Accurately document service activities and root cause analysis.
