Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Two+ years supporting switchgear start-up and commissioning.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical troubleshooting and repairs on IEM equipment.
• Support high-priority customer issues in the field.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide on-the-job training.
