Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of related electrical, mechanical, technical, manufacturing, or field service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, or commissioning-related issues.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced start‑up, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, service, and repair of IEM equipment.
• Lead or support complex field service activities for high-priority customer issues.
• Accurately document service activities, root cause analysis, and follow-up requirements.
