Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Coca-Cola beverage equipment at customer sites.

You will handle installation, removal, and service of fountain machines, coolers, payment systems and related equipment, typically under limited supervision. The role demands 2+ years of appliance repair experience, proficiency with SAP CONA and mobile tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

Proficiency with SAP CONA, Outlook and PDF readers on mobile devices.
Experience diagnosing and repairing consumer or commercial appliances.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex fountain machines, dispensers and related beverage equipment.
Travel to customer locations within the assigned area.
Document work activities and parts usage via handheld device.
Maintain inventory and vehicle cleanliness and safety.
Assist with special projects and field training as needed.
