Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to lead on-site service for industrial loading dock, door, and material handling equipment at customer sites. This role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance in diverse customer environments.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical failures, mentor junior technicians, interface with customers, and ensure safety compliance on every service visit while delivering reliable, quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technician serves as a lead field resource responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining industrial loading dock, door, warehouse, and material handling equipment at customer sites. These are not engineering positions. We're targeting technicians who enjoy turning wrenches, troubleshooting equipment, and working in customer environments.
